Each journey is created with care, discretion, and attention to detail. The following Terms of Business are intended to ensure clarity, transparency, and a seamless experience from enquiry to exploration.

By confirming a booking with Frida Go Tours & Travels, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Services

Frida Go Tours & Travels provides bespoke private tours, curated Cornwall experiences, and personalised travel planning throughout Cornwall. All itineraries are individually designed following consultation and are tailored to your interests, pace, and preferences.

2. Booking & Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once:

  • Your personalised itinerary has been agreed in writing; and
  • The required deposit has been received.

Until confirmation, proposed arrangements remain subject to availability.

We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

3. Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and reflect the bespoke nature of your private Cornwall tour, including the time, planning, and personalised coordination involved.

Unless expressly stated, pricing typically covers:

  • Private guiding services
  • Bespoke itinerary planning
  • Pre-arranged reservations or experience coordination

Unless otherwise agreed, pricing does not include:

  • Accommodation
  • Meals and beverages
  • Entry fees (unless specified)
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses

Due to the tailored nature of our services, quotations are valid for a limited period as specified at the time of proposal.

4. Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your bespoke tour in Cornwall.

The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your tour date.

For bookings made within 30 days of the scheduled experience, full payment is required at the time of confirmation.

If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to release the booking.

5. Amendments

We understand that plans may evolve. Reasonable amendments prior to your tour date will be accommodated wherever possible, subject to availability.

Changes requested within 7 days of your tour may incur additional charges, particularly where third-party reservations are involved.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations by You

As each Cornwall tour is individually designed and often involves pre-arranged reservations:

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
  • Earlier cancellations may be partially refundable at our discretion, depending on third-party supplier terms.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Cancellations by Us

In rare and exceptional circumstances (including severe weather, illness, or events beyond our control), Frida Go Tours & Travels reserves the right to amend or cancel a tour.

In such cases, we will offer:

  • An alternative date; or
  • A full refund of payments received for guiding services.

We cannot accept responsibility for external arrangements such as accommodation or transport booked independently.

7. Weather & Itinerary Flexibility

Cornwall’s coastal climate can be changeable. Our private tours operate in most weather conditions; however, safety and guest comfort remain paramount.

We reserve the right to adapt itineraries where necessary to ensure the quality and safety of your experience.

8. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

  • Arriving punctually at agreed meeting locations
  • Informing us of any medical conditions, mobility considerations, or dietary requirements
  • Ensuring appropriate travel insurance is in place

Frida Go Tours & Travels cannot be held liable for loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Insurance

We strongly recommend that all guests obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering:

  • Cancellation
  • Medical expenses
  • Personal belongings
  • Travel disruption

10. Liability

Frida Go Tours & Travels provides private guiding and bespoke tour services in Cornwall and may act as an intermediary where arranging third-party experiences.

While we carefully select trusted partners, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of independent suppliers.

Our liability is limited to the total value of the services booked directly with us.

11. Photography & Marketing

From time to time, photographs may be taken during tours for promotional purposes, including website and social media use.

If you prefer not to appear in any marketing material, please notify us in writing prior to your tour.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Business are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
